The Workout
A 20-minute EMS workout equates to a 90-minute high-intensity gym class or personal training session and can easily be added to your existing workout routine or used solely.
A typical 20-minute strength program consists of two repeating phases, each lasting for four seconds. Within four seconds, the electrical impulse triggers the contraction of the muscles. This is then followed by four seconds of relaxation. Sessions will be tailored to your individual training goals.
All Sessions can either be carried out in your home or office as our system is portable and only a small amount of space is required.
